Shipping policy

1) Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain

  • European Union (EU)

2) Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods (sales, campaigns, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be longer.

3) Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond Petit Lumière’s control.

  • Spain: approx. 2–5 business days

  • European Union: approx. 3–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may be longer in remote areas or islands.

4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
If free shipping promotions are available, they will be applied automatically if the conditions shown in the store are met.

5) Shipment tracking

If the carrier provides a tracking number, you will receive it by email once your order has been shipped.

6) Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • repeated absence,

  • lack of access, or

  • failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point,

we may:

  • reship the order at an additional cost, or

  • refund only the product amount, minus shipping and/or handling fees.

7) Parcels marked as “delivered” but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, you must contact us within 3 calendar days from the delivery date shown.

We will open a claim with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.

8) Orders damaged during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photos of the product,

  • photos of the inner packaging, and

  • a photo of the shipping label.

After reviewing the case, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement, reshipment, or refund where applicable).
